People always call me; 'with no ability to concentrate' , 'rebels' , 'busy and full planned girl.', 'brave' and 'scary, because she wants to do all the dangerous sports and stuff.' Oké, maybe that's why I love to travel! I'm not obligatory to do what all the others are doing, I can discover new cultures and do dangerous sports. I love the kick with sporting! NO. 2. TOKYO,NO.3. NEW ZEALANDLove,
When I sport, I usually wear a comfy shirt and always a grey pair of sweatpants. So that means when I run, I hope nobody sees me and we should change that! |
* 10 push ups
Push ups are very hard. Your arm muscles are usually not well trained and with your sporttraining push ups were given as punishment.
But if you train often, it is getting easier and easier.
If your arms can't hold it, you can start with three and slowly make it more.
* 30 jumping jacks
This exercise is quite unknown, but I really love this exercise. It's very easy and doesn't take a lot of practise.
You start with your arms and legs next to your body, then you jump and while you jump move your arms over your head. Jump back to your first position and do it again for 30 times.

Hi everyone!
If I had to describe myself in one world, I can easily say bookworm. I love books and might be a little addicted. Where I only had a few books in the past, my collection has been growing over the past few years. Today I'll show you a book I really like and is one of my faves of the moment.
I'm talking about John Green's first published novel. The Fault In Our Stars was the first book that I read of John Green and it made me an absolute John Green fan, so I started collecting all of his books. Then I bought Looking for Alaska, the story sounded very exciting, so I was excited to! Today I'll be telling you a bit about the book and what I thought of it!

Well, a short story about this amazing book:
The book is about Miles Halter, who thinks his life is extremely boring. He loves to remember people's last words, and one of them is something about a great perhaps, it was derived from a French poem. So he went looking for hís Great Perhaps. He went to Culver Creek, a boarding school, and there his life changes completely. He meets the beautiful, young, full of adventure Alaska. Miles - also known as Pudge - has an enormous crush on her. He also meets Colonel, his roommate who calls him Pudge. He makes a lot of new friends and Pudge learns a lot about life at Culver Creek, like smoking, drinking and how to make sure he doesn't get busted. Alaska is the one who gets all the cigarettes, sells them and the brain behind a lot of the dirty tricks. She's loved by a lot of people. Pudge is having the time of his life.
But then one night, Alaska mentions that she needs to do something and needs to go. But she never turns back.. In the second part of the book Pudge and his friends are trying to find out what exactly happened to her..
When I bought Looking for Alaska I thought it might even be better than The Fault in Our Stars. The story appealed to me. While The Fault in Our Stars is very sugary, is Looking for Alaska more of a mystery. It's certainly, without any doubt, a John Green book, amazingly written. Even though the first part was good, not extremely good (I mean it was a little bit boring, because there didn't really happen that much, still nice though), was the second part way more interesting. There happened a lot and that was the point when I realized that I found my new favourite John Green-book.
Alltogether it's a great book, with a kind of mystery touch and even a bit romanticism. If I should rate book I'd give it a 8/10. So definitely a recommandation!
See you next time!

Anne

I can’t be the only one who secretly has a little love for McDonalds. I’m not so into the hamburgers, but the honey-mustard chicken wrap is amazing in my opinion! Maybe that’s because it seems to be a less unhealthy thing. Until I found out there were still 583 calories in the wrap! Whups! On a cheat day it’s fine, and of course once in a while it cannot hurt eating something like this. But I went looking for a healthier version,( ‘cause who doesn’t like something good and healthy? Well I do! ) and I found something! I haven’t made this recipe myself and I found this on a Dutch blog, I thought it was too good to not share this with you guys!
In this “healthier” recipe of my McDonalds fave does only have 320 calories, and I think that’s a great progress!
Ingredients (for two persons)
In this “healthier” recipe of my McDonalds fave does only have 320 calories, and I think that’s a great progress!
Ingredients (for two persons)
- 2 tortillas
- 200 grams of chicken fillet
- 20 grams of a crusty breadcrumbs (with herbs)
- 40 grams of lettuce
- 26 grams of young 30+ cheese (just use cheese you like)
- 1 tomato
- 1 egg
- 14 grams of honey
- 20 grams of mustard
How to make this
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cut the chicken in stripes and dip it into the egg and then dredge it with the breadcrumbs
- Put the chicken into a casserole and put them into the oven for like 25 minutes
- Meanwhile you can warm the tortillas, so they will be easy to wrap
- Make the honey-mustard dressing by mixing the honey and the mustard together
- And when the chicken is done, you can put some lettuce onto your tortilla, place a piece of chicken onto it, then the cheese, tomatoslices and the dressing. And you’re done!

Well, have you ever had that moment when you had forgotten your lunch or you forgot you had a really long and tough day, so you just walked to the vending machine to get some good but unbelieveably unhealthy food.
To change our trips to the vending machine to our locker for healthy and delicious food, I have some great tips and tricks.
At first, you should always have checked your timetable the night before you go to school. Just to prevent you take the wrong books or that you forget books. But you can also check how tough and long your day is. If you have tests or gym, I would take more food with me, but when I have just normal classes. I bring a normal amount of lunch and snacks.
To bring your healthy lunch to school, you need lunchboxes. I have lunchboxes in different sizes so I can take all sort of food for lunch. You can buy them in the grocery shop, or stores like walmart, action and target. Just cheap stores with a lot of stuff.
Food is not everything you need, you also have to bring drinks to school. Here in Holland we used to get milk to school. But milk isn't as good for you as you think, because your body can't digest the lactose, so your stomach is getting irritated. So I prefer water or selfmade lemonade. If you re-use a plastic bottle, you have to replace that after a few days. The plastic is not made for long use. I prefer a bottle from Voss, urban outfitters and blogilates.
Anne is going to post a healthy lunch or dinner recipe, so you can use that one. But yoghurt with apple or banana is also really good. I usually eat a salad combined with yoghurt as lunch and bring fruits to snack.
The best tip ever is simply to not bring money with you. If you really need money, you can borrow it!
Everybody has hunger to sweets sometimes. So when I'm in one of those moments, I make usually banana with peanutbutter and chocolat.
It's really simple, you just cut the banana in pieces and freeze it with peanutbutter between two pieces. When they're frozen, you melt the chocolat and dip it. Make them cold and bon appetit! To make your bonbon more tasty, sprinkle some coconut or almonds over it.

Judith

Hi!
This is our first blogpost! So nice that you're reading this and we're both very excited! On this blog we'll share especially our interests in fashion, lifestyle, sport and don't forget... FOOD!
For more information about us, check out 'about us' and read our personal letters to you.
Our first blogpost is an autumn-outfit.
In the autumn no one has energy and the days are getting colder. That doesn't mean our outfits are darker and styled with less attention. We made a few outfits which are easy to style and re-style so you don't need a lot of time to choose your outfit for that cold, dark autumnday.
In the autumn the neon-colours and pastel-colours are a bit to summery, the colours like yellow ochre and burgundy red are more in the style of the season.
These two colours are combined with grey, black and more. So it's easy for you to make your own style.
