In this “healthier” recipe of my McDonalds fave does only have 320 calories, and I think that’s a great progress!
Ingredients (for two persons)
- 2 tortillas
- 200 grams of chicken fillet
- 20 grams of a crusty breadcrumbs (with herbs)
- 40 grams of lettuce
- 26 grams of young 30+ cheese (just use cheese you like)
- 1 tomato
- 1 egg
- 14 grams of honey
- 20 grams of mustard
How to make this
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cut the chicken in stripes and dip it into the egg and then dredge it with the breadcrumbs
- Put the chicken into a casserole and put them into the oven for like 25 minutes
- Meanwhile you can warm the tortillas, so they will be easy to wrap
- Make the honey-mustard dressing by mixing the honey and the mustard together
- And when the chicken is done, you can put some lettuce onto your tortilla, place a piece of chicken onto it, then the cheese, tomatoslices and the dressing. And you’re done!
